FAQLymph Savior FAQ: 37 questions with straight answers
Thirty-odd questions in six groups: the product, taking it, results, safety, buying and the desk. Where an answer is a number the label prints, the number is here. Where the label prints nothing, the answer says so rather than filling the space with an estimate.
Grouped so a question can be found rather than scrolled to. Every answer links on to the page that carries it in full.
Lymph Savior questions about the product
What is Lymph Savior?
A capsule taken two at a time, once a day, with 6 to 8 oz of water. A bottle holds 60 capsules and the label counts that as 30 servings, so a bottle is a month. The front of the bottle reads Advanced Lymphatic Health Support.
What is in it?
Six botanicals: red clover extract from the leaves and flowers, horse chestnut extract from the seed, red root powder, Centella asiatica extract from the aerial parts, burdock root powder and yerba mate extract from the leaves. The ingredients page takes each one apart.
How much of each?
The artwork gives no amount for any of them, because there is no Supplement Facts panel on the bottle, on the brand’s ingredient graphic or on the seller’s page. This website prints no milligram figure and estimates none.
Is it a gummy or a liquid?
Neither. It is a capsule, swallowed whole with water. Two of them is a serving.
Does it contain caffeine?
Yerba mate contains caffeine, so the capsule does. No figure is printed for the extract, so nobody outside the manufacturer can say how much. Take it in the morning if you are sensitive.
Is it vegetarian? Vegan?
The pack carries a vegetarian mark. The artwork does not name the capsule shell material, so a strict vegan is better off calling +1 (317) 715-7254 than inferring it from a roundel.
Is it made in the USA?
The roundel reads made in USA with global ingredients. Those two statements sit side by side on the same mark: the bottle is filled in the United States and the botanicals are sourced internationally.
Lymph Savior questions about taking it
How do I take it?
As a dietary supplement, adults take two capsules daily, with 6 to 8 oz of water or as directed by a healthcare professional. That is the whole of the printed direction.
Morning or evening?
The artwork names no timing window. Morning is the sensible default because of the yerba mate. The best time is the one you will not skip.
With food?
Nothing is printed about food. Either works. If two capsules feel heavy first thing, move them to after breakfast.
Can I split the two capsules across the day?
Yes. One at breakfast and one at lunch keeps the serving intact.
I missed a day.
Take the next day’s serving at the usual time. Doubling up is not what the label asks for and adds nothing.
Can I take more than two?
No, unless a clinician who knows your history says so. More of a blend whose amounts are unpublished is more of an unknown.
How should I store it?
A cupboard away from heat and light, cap tight, desiccant left in the bottle. Not the bathroom and not the car.
Lymph Savior questions about results
How long before anything changes?
Reviewers on this desk put the first change at 3–4 weeks. The trials behind the two best-evidenced botanicals ran twelve weeks. The timeline page sets both out week by week.
Nothing happened in week one.
That is the commonest line in the three and four-star reviews here, and it matches every published trial of these plants. None of them reported a one-week endpoint.
How will I know it is working?
Decide the measure before you start. A photograph of the same ankle at the same hour on day 1, day 30 and day 60 is the most useful one in this category.
Will it help with lymphoedema?
No, and nothing here says otherwise. Lymphoedema is a diagnosis managed with compression, skin care, exercise and manual lymphatic drainage. Swelling that is new, rapid, painful or one-sided needs a clinician.
Will it help me lose weight?
No. Nothing on this label is a diuretic and the word weight does not appear on the artwork or on this website as a claim.
Lymph Savior questions about safety
Are there side effects?
None is printed on the artwork. Reported effects for these plants are on the safety page, plant by plant, with the sources named.
Can I take it with blood thinners?
Ask whoever prescribes them first. Horse chestnut and red clover both carry bleeding-risk cautions alongside anticoagulant and antiplatelet medicines.
Can I take it if I am pregnant or nursing?
No. NCCIH advises against red clover in pregnancy and while breastfeeding, and little is known about horse chestnut seed extract in either.
I am being treated for low iron.
Raise it. A crossover trial found yerba mate infusion cut iron absorption from a meal sharply. Space the capsule away from an iron tablet and tell whoever is treating you.
Is it safe for under-eighteens?
No. The label is for healthy adults aged 18 and over.
Should I stop before surgery?
Tell the surgical team you are taking it and follow their instruction. Anything with a bleeding-risk caution is usually stopped in advance, and they will say how far.
Lymph Savior questions about buying
How much does it cost?
Whatever the seller’s checkout shows. No price is published before that point and this website prints none. The packs page sets out what each pack covers so the size can be chosen first.
Which pack should I buy?
Choose by the length of test you intend to run. One bottle is 30 days, three is 90, six is 180 and runs to the end of the 180-day window.
Is there a subscription?
No. Every pack is a single payment and nothing renews.
Where should I buy it?
Through this website, which hands off to the official checkout. A bottle from a marketplace or a resale site sits outside this desk’s window and cannot be traced to an order here.
Do you ship internationally?
The checkout decides which destinations are offered. Orders ship from the United States unless it says otherwise.
Are there bonuses?
None that this desk can list. No bonus bundle is described in a form it could reproduce, so none is promised here.
Lymph Savior questions about refunds and the desk
What is the guarantee?
180 days from the date of purchase, 100 per cent money back, opened bottles included, per the seller’s own returns page.
How do I claim it?
Call +1 (317) 715-7254 with the order ID from your confirmation email. Bottles go back to 5 Times Square, Floor 18, New York, NY 10036, USA at your postage cost, with tracking, and with your name, order email and order ID on a slip inside.
How long does a refund take?
Three to five business days for the desk to process, then five to ten days for the card issuer. Those run one after the other.
Which address can see my order?
The phone, +1 (317) 715-7254. The website address, contact@Lymphsaviors.com, cannot see an order and cannot start a refund.
Is this the official website?
This is the Official U.S. Lymph Savior shop. This desk is a retailer, not the manufacturer, and product facts here follow the label artwork and the seller’s own pages.
Who writes these pages?
The Lymph Savior Team, an editorial desk with a stated method rather than an invented person. The about page sets out the rules and the refusals.

Four sources cited in the answers above. The rest of the citation set sits on the pages that use it.
